I would like to ask what type of treatment would be used for my tooth in my case. On tooth 2, the front part of the tooth has chipped off (from the gum downward) and it involves just under one third of the tooth; quite a large hole has formed at the site. I would also like to know whether the procedure is as painless as possible, because I am very afraid of dentists and in most cases I have preferred to endure severe pain rather than visit a dentist.
Thank you in advance for your answer.

Based on what you have written, I believe that rebuilding the dental crown with composite material is the most appropriate method of restoration. The procedure is quick and painless. If the crown defect is too extensive for this type of treatment, I suggest making an artificial dental crown or a veneer.
Have a nice day!
