Kind regards. For many years I had a poor dentist…now the situation is already critical…I would like to know whether you still have room for new patients and whether payment in instalments can be arranged. Thank you very much.

In the lower jaw the first three teeth are missing; then I have two teeth left on the left and three on the right. My dentist is making a denture for me but unfortunately she is on holiday. I urgently need replacement teeth within one week because my daughter is getting married. Is this possible? I should mention that the jaw has been treated and is healed. I would also like to know the price and, of course, the shortest possible time for replacement teeth. Thank you and have a nice day.

I am 34 years old, and it is already embarrassing that because of poor oral hygiene and fear of dental procedures I am missing a large number of teeth. In fact, the front part of my upper jaw is completely toothless. I think that in my case only a denture would be suitable. A colleague recommended you to me and was incredibly satisfied. For me, even finding the courage to send you this message is already a victory. If you wish, I can also send you a photograph of my teeth. Kind regards, Ban Mirko

In the meantime I lost three teeth in the upper jaw; bluntly put, they rotted away, and now I no longer see a way out. Can you refer me to someone? I have a very strong dental phobia and simply do not know what to do anymore. What does insurance cover and what do I have to pay myself? In summary, I need four new teeth, positions 4 and 5 on the left and right.

Hello. I have very serious problems with my teeth and need comprehensive rehabilitation. All my teeth are more or less damaged, so I would like an approximate price for restoring the entire dentition. You mention payment by instalments; please tell me what the conditions are for paying in instalments. Thank you.

Hello, I have a fractured upper right first molar. On your website I see that a post and an artificial metal-ceramic crown cost 210 EUR, while an all-ceramic crown costs 350 EUR. What is the difference between them? Is any part of this subsidised by health insurance?

Dear Sir/Madam!
A metal-ceramic crown has a metal coping as its base, over which ceramic is applied. The metal is not visible, but because of the metal core the crown is opaque to light. An all-ceramic crown has no metal base and is made entirely of translucent materials, which in some cases has a decisive effect on the aesthetic result. The prices are fixed and are not covered by ZZZS. Have a nice day!

Hello! Three years ago my dentist had to extract two teeth (4 and 5) because it was too late for treatment. One was extracted by my dentist, who also cleaned the socket because of suspected granuloma. The other had to be removed by a specialist (Besnica...), as it was unclear whether surgery would be necessary. Surgery was not needed in the end, but the socket was neither cleaned nor sutured. Three years later I still have swelling next to my nose and feel mild pain when pressing on it. Where should I turn so that this can finally be treated or surgically managed as necessary, rather than according to how much time someone happens to have? I am a self-pay patient and want this treated at any cost, because I am convinced that this has also affected my eyesight: vision in the eye below the swelling has worsened so much in the last year that I now wear corrective glasses. Where should I turn?
Thank you in advance for directing me appropriately!
Kind regards, Ljubo

Hello,
I have approved prosthetic treatment, but before it is carried out I would like to change dentists because I would like to combine the treatment with implants. I would therefore like to know whether it is possible to make an appointment with you and how long I would have to wait.
In the lower right jaw I am missing teeth from 6 onward; tooth 8 is still in the gum. On the lower left, teeth 6 and 7 are missing.
In the upper right, tooth 3 is missing, teeth 4 and 5 have crowns, and tooth 7 has had an apicoectomy. Upper left tooth 4 is crowned and tooth 5 is improvised.
In the lower jaw I would like to combine the treatment with two implants. I would like to know what part could be done at the expense of ZZZS and how much the rest would cost me.
Thank you and kind regards, Mojca

Dear Sir/Madam! Based on what you have written, I believe the following plan would be best:
-on the lower right, only the first molar would be replaced: 750 Eur (implant) + 420 Eur (crown on implant)
-on the lower left, only the first molar would likewise be replaced: -II-
-on the upper right, one option is a bridge: 210 Eur (crown) X 4 = 840 Eur, or an implant: 750 Eur (implant) + 420 Eur (crown on implant) + 210 Eur (cantilever or pontic)
Prosthetic treatment is covered by insurance at your chosen dentist once the waiting period has elapsed. Have a nice day!
