Dear Sir/Madam! If the anatomical and other conditions allow implantation, it can certainly be performed. The insurance company does not cover this procedure. Price: -EUR 750 (implant) -EUR 420 (crown on the implant) -total: EUR 1,170. Have a nice day!

Hello.
I am very concerned about my three upper left teeth, where the wisdom tooth is also located. The gums, or saliva around these teeth, have had a very strong unpleasant smell for several months (I do not notice any discharge), and the gum in this area also bleeds frequently. However, despite intensive oral hygiene, the situation is not improving but rather getting worse. What can you advise (I am your patient), perhaps an examination by a specialist???
Thank you for your answer.
Kind regards, Aleš

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to know what you advise when the lower jaw is left without teeth. At present my removable denture is still supported by four teeth, which need to be removed. I know implants are needed, but I would like your opinion: do you recommend two or more implants? When are the implants placed — immediately when the teeth are removed or somewhat later? How many implants are needed for the denture not to be removable? How is a non-removable prosthesis cleaned? I would like your opinion: what do YOU recommend — two or more implants, a removable or a fixed prosthesis? What is the price of the entire treatment in the first or second case? Thank you for your answer and kind regards, Marjanca

For better stability of a removable prosthetic restoration (denture), we need at least two implants (Price: 500 EUR — denture + 1500 EUR — two implants = 2000 EUR). A better effect is achieved with four implants (total price 3710 EUR: four implants + denture with cast base). If you want a fixed restoration (bridge construction), at least six implants need to be placed. The restoration is not removable, so it is more difficult to clean... Price approx. 6000 EUR (depending on the number of metal-ceramic crowns and the implants supporting them). For more precise advice, I would need to see an X-ray.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Because of periodontitis I have damaged gums in the area of the lower central incisors. The left central incisor is already disturbingly loose, and my dentist mentioned the possibility of an implant since the lateral incisors are healthy. I would like to know approximately how much this costs and what the waiting time is with you for an examination and the procedure.

Hello.
I am 32 years old. For about 20 years I have had crowns on metal posts on my two lower central incisors. The left crown has become dark near the gum and a small hole has developed on the inner side, higher up on the tooth; on the right tooth a small hole has developed on the outer side (in the upper part of the tooth), so the post is visible.
It has started to bother me a lot aesthetically because it is very noticeable. I would like to have this repaired, or have the crowns replaced on the existing posts (if they are still satisfactory).
How much would this cost—just new crowns, or with new posts if the existing ones were not satisfactory? What does the price include, and when could this be done?
Thank you for your answer and have a nice day,
Andreja

Dear Sir/Madam!
If you mean implant treatment, bone substitutes can be added to the area of lost bone and a dental implant can be placed. The entire procedure is somewhat longer because the osteointegration period is prolonged due to poor primary stability of the implant. The implant can therefore be loaded after a longer period (approx. a few months). Price: -900 Eur (implant and bone) + 420 Eur (crown on implant) = 1320 Eur.
