Dear Sir/Madam!
Based on the information you have provided, I can give you a price that includes implant placement together with bone augmentation for one half of the upper jaw, which you intend (I assume) to restore with a fixed prosthetic restoration (an implant-supported bridge): -1000 Eur (implant with bone augmentation) X 3 = 3000 Eur. The price includes all materials and procedures needed to reach the final goal (a sufficient number of implants on the right side together with artificial bone).

I would like to ask the following. My dentist concluded that he cannot replace the silver fillings on my premolars because they are too large. He therefore decided on some procedure in which the walls of the tooth would remain, a post would be added, and then a ceramic cap. At least that is how I understood it. The price is quite high. How much would such a procedure cost with you?
Thank you and kind regards,

Hello,
During my student years (I am now over fifty) I first had problems with an upper central incisor. In the 1980s, after the birth of two children, the tooth broke. At that time the nerve was removed and a post was inserted into the root. Years ago I had the crown replaced, but the root filling was not renewed. About four months ago I began to feel pain, and the tooth was particularly sensitive to heat. My dentist, on a self-pay basis, removed the post and made a temporary tooth attached to the neighbouring teeth. When the post was removed there did not seem to be any major problem, and I was convinced that the issue would be resolved quickly. Unfortunately, cleaning the canal twice was unsuccessful. On the contrary, the inflammatory process worsened considerably, the tooth began to smell, and a fistula developed in the tissue just below the nose. The dentist prescribed antibiotics and left the tooth open. At present the tooth is open, I have no pain and there is no longer any purulent discharge, or only a very slight bad smell, but there is still a small swelling just below the nostril that is tender to touch. Next week I am scheduled for another root-canal cleaning; the dentist also mentioned the possibility of laser treatment and later an apicoectomy if that is unsuccessful. I naturally want to preserve the root and am therefore willing to pay for examinations and procedures. I would like to know how long I would have to wait for an examination and further treatment with you. I am also concerned whether it is possible to arrange an exact appointment, because due to the nature of my work I need to plan my time carefully. Thank you very much for your answer,
Majda

We can arrange the first examination relatively quickly (within a few days), but it would be best if you called me on 040 294488 so that we can coordinate the appointment. Further treatment naturally depends on the diagnosis and the probable prognosis, which I will try to determine at the examination. If you already have an X-ray, you can send it to me by email before your visit; otherwise we will take the image at our practice.

Hello!
I would like to know the price and possible solution for my situation concerning my central incisor. In my teenage years I lost half of the tooth and my dentist built it up. I assume it was restored with white filling material. Quite some time has passed and the built-up part has changed colour; it is one or two shades darker than my natural tooth colour. The length of the tooth was also done rather carelessly and it is slightly shorter than it should be. I would like to know the price of the entire procedure to rebuild the tooth so that aesthetically it would match the shape and length of the original tooth.
Thank you very much for your answer and have a nice day.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am 60 years old and have always had uneven front teeth, and over the years these irregularities have become increasingly pronounced. Otherwise the teeth are healthy. My dentist told me that the only solution is to extract the front teeth (perhaps leaving one central incisor) and replace them with a bridge. Is there perhaps another option?

Dear Sir/Madam! I cannot answer your question without a clinical examination and an X-ray. If your periodontal tissues are also healthy, orthodontic treatment is the first treatment of choice because it is the least radical. Have a nice day!

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a problem: both upper canines are longer and look somewhat vampire-like, as I would describe it. The lateral incisors are positioned further inward. I am wondering whether the canines could be shortened by grinding and the lateral incisors corrected with veneers, so that the central incisors, lateral incisors and canines would then be in line and the teeth would look fairly straight. I would like your advice on whether what I have suggested is appropriate or whether something else could be done, because to achieve a reasonably attractive appearance I need to do something about the lateral incisors and canines. I would also like to know the cost of this treatment and the price of tooth whitening. Kind regards!

Dear Sir/Madam!
The treatment you describe is certainly possible, but it is not necessarily the first treatment of choice. In such a case we most often recommend orthodontic treatment, which is non-radical but usually long-term and more or less inconvenient because of the fixed appliance. The price of the treatment you proposed yourself is: -350 Eur (all-ceramic veneer) X 2 = 700 Eur.
