About two years ago my dentist treated my lower right first molar. Since it could not be healed, she removed the nerve and left the tooth open, and I was put on a waiting list for extraction. In the meantime a piece of the tooth broke off and now I need a surgeon to extract it. Because pus is collecting under the tooth and I have pain in my neck and arm (I think it is related to the tooth), and waiting lists under the concession are extremely long, I would like to know whether you perform such surgical procedures and when I could get an appointment? (I would come as a self-paying patient.)
