Hello! I am missing the following teeth: upper right 1 + upper right 2 and upper right 5; in the lower jaw I am missing 6, 7, 8 on the left, all surgically removed, and tooth 4 is also in very poor condition. I would like to know what can be done to achieve a good aesthetic result, what is covered by insurance and what I would have to pay if I chose all-ceramic crowns in the front and probably metal-ceramic crowns in the back. What do you advise and what would the price be?
Kind regards!
Dentist Tomaž Rotar answers:
Dear Sir/Madam!
If we make two separate bridges, the upper left central incisor and upper left canine need to be prepared, and to replace the premolar, the first premolar and first molar on the same side. In this case we make seven crowns. Price:
-210 Eur (metal-ceramic) X 7 = 1470 Eur or
-350 Eur (all-ceramic) X 7 = 2450 Eur.
With a more modern treatment, implants are placed in the gaps and we thereby avoid preparing otherwise healthy teeth. Price:
- 750 Eur (implant) X 2 = 1500 Eur
-420 Eur (crown on implant) X 2 = 840 Eur
- 210 Eur (pontic)
The prices include all procedures and materials up to the final result, including temporary treatment.
In the lower jaw I would replace the missing first molar with an implant, which is sufficient for adequate function. Price:
-750 Eur (implant)
- 420 Eur (crown on implant).
Have a nice day!
