A doctor at the health centre managed to remove my upper-left bridge: abutment teeth 4 and 6, tooth 5 as a pontic, and tooth 7 as a cantilever from 6. The doctor managed to remove the bridge without damaging it. After removal he found that the abutment tooth 6 was in poor condition (extensive soft areas); on the X-ray the roots are healthy and the tooth is also vital, but because of the extensive caries he recommends removal of the nerves, root filling and fabrication of a new bridge. Please tell me how much a 4-unit bridge (2 abutment teeth and 2 units) would cost at your practice, as well as possible treatment of the still vital upper-left tooth 6.
