My 6-year-old son has never had problems with his teeth and attended check-ups regularly... but one month ago, at his last visit, we were shocked.... a whole lot of cavities in permanent and primary teeth.... On the permanent 6 the dentist drilled and made a filling, but because he is very sensitive to pain, it was really painful to watch (my 4-year-old daughter underwent the procedure without any problems and did not even cry).
