Hello. I am 30 years old and the teeth I still have are in very poor condition. In the upper jaw I have the right central incisor implanted, while the left one is in very poor condition. The left lateral incisor has a small cavity; I think the right one is okay. On the left canine only the root remains; tooth 4 has a filling, the right one is okay, and both teeth 5 are missing. Further back it is okay. In the lower jaw there are two roots that need to be removed, teeth 6 and 7 on the left. I lived abroad for a long time and I am afraid of dentists. I would like to have my teeth restored and get implants. How long would it take until my teeth were fully restored, and do you still have capacity? Irena

Dear Sir/Madam! My ceramic tooth/crown has broken. Is a repair possible and approximately how much does it cost, or is the only option a different, new crown? Thank you for your answer.

Dear Sir/Madam! A repair is possible, although of course it does not provide the same degree of reliability as a new crown. The price is 65 Eur. The price of a new crown is 210 Eur. Have a nice day!

Dear Sir/Madam! The bridge can be repaired. If the damage keeps recurring, it is better to make a new one. If the bridge was made by us, it is under warranty (five years). A new bridge for the condition described costs 630 Eur (porcelain; metal-ceramic construction).

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have chronically poor teeth; despite good and regular hygiene, my teeth keep breaking. Five teeth are partially or completely destroyed (down to the gum—no tooth remains). I visit dentists regularly, but they do not know how to help me because the teeth continue to break despite restoration, to the point that only a stump remains.
In two days I have to travel abroad by plane for unavoidable work-related training. I would like to know how flying can affect my teeth. Can pressure changes cause pain? Are complications possible?
It would be terrible if all five teeth, or even more, hurt during the 15-hour flight. At present I do not have any serious pain.
What can you advise me?
Thank you for your answer and kind regards.

Dear Sir/Madam! The fracture strength of zirconia crowns is considerably greater than that of e-Max, while the aesthetic results are quite similar. If individual crowns are being made rather than a connected or bridge construction, the strength of e-Max is satisfactory.

Hello, today a small piece of my front tooth broke off. Because the tooth is in the visible area, it is very bothersome. I would like to know the waiting time and the price of a private-pay visit at your clinic. Kind regards.

Dear Sir/Madam! My husband would need an upper partial denture. I would like to know whether this can be paid in instalments with a Diners card and what the maximum number of instalments is. Is it 6 or 12, and does the number of instalments depend on the total price? Thank you very much for your answer.

Dear Sir/Madam! If the dental crown has not yet been definitively restored, it is possible that the temporary restoration is not sealing well and that the root filling material is leaking into the oral cavity. The condition is not a cause for concern. Have a nice day!
